Data Controller
This clarification text has been prepared by HybridTone, acting as data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). At HybridTone, we care about the security and confidentiality of your personal data.
Personal Data Processed
Within the scope of the Sesizi.com website and our services, the following personal data may be collected and processed:
- Identity information: Name, surname
- Contact information: Email address, phone number
- Customer transaction information: Project information, brief text and files related to the voice-over service you request
- Transaction security information: IP address, browser information, cookies, log records and usage statistics
- Marketing information: Listening habits and artist preferences on the site (for analytical purposes, anonymized)
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Providing the voice-over service you request and carrying out the quotation process
- Responding to your communication requests and managing customer relations
- Fulfilling contractual and legal obligations
- Ensuring website security and improving technical infrastructure
- Carrying out promotional and informational communication activities if you give consent
- Conducting statistical analysis and improving service quality
Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds under Article 5/2 of the KVKK:
- Processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract
- Processing is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations
- Processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right
- Processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject
- The explicit consent of the data subject exists (for marketing and electronic communication activities)
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared only with the following parties for the purposes stated above:
- Infrastructure providers from whom we receive services (hosting, email and analytics services)
- Authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of legal obligations
- Voice artists and studios with whom we cooperate, where necessary for providing the service
Your personal data is not transferred abroad without your explicit consent; mandatory international transfers within the scope of service infrastructure are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Method of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected through contact forms on our website, phone, email, social media channels and physical meetings, by automatic or non-automatic methods.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK
As a personal data owner, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if your personal data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred in Turkey or abroad
- To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- To request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request notification of correction, deletion or destruction operations to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- To object to any result against you arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems
- To request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
