Delivery and Return Terms
1. Nature of the Service
HybridTone does not sell physical products; it provides digital voice production, professional voice-over interpretation, AI voice transformation and TTS-based digital services.
For HybridTone services, the text submitted by the user is interpreted by a professional voice artist, and this performance is then transformed into the AI voice color selected by the user.
2. Delivery Method
Delivery for HybridTone services is made digitally. Produced audio files may be delivered to the user through the user panel, email, an in-system link or another digital delivery method agreed between the parties.
No physical product shipment is made.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on the scope of the order, text length, project workload and the required production process.
For an order to be processed, payment approval must be completed, the required text/brief information must be submitted by the user and the project scope must be clarified.
The exact delivery time may be communicated to the user during the order or quotation stage.
4. Hybrid Job Scope
One Hybrid job is evaluated as a single text and single brief up to 300 words.
Requests for tone, emphasis, pace, pauses, emotion and alternative readings within the same text are not considered a new job; they are handled as versions or revisions within the same job.
However, submitting a new text, making changes that alter the meaning of the existing text or creating a different brief is considered a new job.
5. Revision Terms
HybridTone provides revision support within the same text and same brief. Revision requests may include tone, emphasis, pace, emotion, reading style or alternative interpretation needs.
Revision rights are evaluated within the nature of the service and reasonable use. Requests involving a new text, new meaning, different project purpose or scope change are not considered revisions and are treated as a new job.
6. Return and Cancellation Terms
HybridTone services are custom digital content and personalized production services prepared specifically for the user.
Cancellation requests made before the production process begins may be evaluated.
However, if the production process has started after the user's approval, payment and submission of the required text/brief information, refunds cannot be made because the service is a personalized digital production.
If the service cannot be provided at all, if delivery cannot be completed due to a technical error or if an incorrect file is delivered, HybridTone may evaluate redelivery, correction or refund depending on the situation.
7. TTS Gift Right
Users who purchase the Hybrid service receive a complimentary TTS usage right of 30,000 characters, valid for 30 days after purchase.
This right may only be used by the relevant user; it cannot be transferred, accumulated, converted into cash or carried over to future periods.
Unused TTS character rights expire at the end of the 30-day period.
8. Payment and Invoice
The order process starts once payment approval is completed. Payment transactions are carried out through secure payment infrastructure providers.
Your credit card or debit card information is not stored by HybridTone.
Invoice and payment processes are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation.
